Just finished opening the entrance to the lounge in the tasting room, this is going to be such a beautiful space.  The progress downstairs is also moving quickly, if we are lucky in 2-3 weeks we should be starting our first batch, and opening to the public late January, early February.

Our equipment is installed.  A long day, and a huge thank you to my friends, family and everyone that was there for all of their help.  We could not have done it without you.  We will be posting a video of the day soon.  We can’t wait to give tours and show everyone what all of this can do!!!

 

 

Wanted to keep everyone updated on our progress.  You can see the framing of the tasting room, and the windows that will look down upon the still.  I will do a video tour soon!

 

Big step today. The cutout in the floor, where the still is going to be placed was finished today.  Hope you are as excited to see this as we are.

This is our 300 Gallon still, notice the Copper 4 bubble plate and the 16 plate Column next to it.  Under the 18′ 7″ column is where we will separate our heads, hearts and tails.  We cannot wait to produce some of the highest quality Whiskey, Bourbon and Vodka’s.  Hope you are getting excited, because we are.
