This is our 300 Gallon still, notice the Copper 4 bubble plate and the 16 plate Column next to it. Under the 18′ 7″ column is where we will separate our heads, hearts and tails. We cannot wait to produce some of the highest quality Whiskey, Bourbon and Vodka’s. Hope you are getting excited, because we are.
Take a look, our 300 gallon mash tun, and fermenters are complete.
As you can see the demolition is complete. The stone wall is the basement where the distillery operation will be and the still will go through the ceiling. The brick wall is on the first floor and where the tasting room will be. You will be able to see the still from the windows looking down. Thank you Bowman Development for the quick work.
